Knowledge Tree Consulting and the Canadian Nursery Landscape Association are hosting an inside tour of Wentworth Landscapes, one of Canada's top landscape companies. Take an inside look at their operation, hear from their team and other industry speakers, and explore Base 31 and projects in Picton's Hill Street area. Get inspired by an industry leader.
If you're focused on growth and leadership, and want to learn how a top-tier landscape business operates from the inside out, this event is for you.
Crafted for owners and their senior leaders, with education that can be directly applied.
Co-founded Oriole Landscaping in 1986 and spent 40 years scaling it into one of Canada's most respected landscape businesses. Now mentors other owners on their path to success.
Built Wentworth Landscapes from the ground up since 1991 into a 100+ person operation running some of Ontario's most ambitious commercial and residential projects.
Co-founder of Oriole Landscaping and creator of the operational playbook KTC teaches today. Focuses on systems, leadership, and continual improvement through the Kaizen philosophy.
We cap attendance at 120 so the room stays intimate. A good fit for owners of landscape companies doing $1M–$20M+ in revenue, senior management teams (operations, finance, design, estimating), leaders preparing to take over the business, and green-industry entrepreneurs scaling past 10, 20, or 50+ employees.
Rotate through five learning stations — estimating, production, HR, equipment, and finance — with the people who run them.
A large-scale development reviving a former air-force base into a mixed-use community of commercial, residential, and educational facilities.
A guided walking tour of a selection of Wentworth's completed and active residential projects in Picton's Hill Street neighborhood.
